Description: 400 Country Club Rd. is a lively office environment near the Willamette River. GMA carried this new construction project from design to construction in an effective manner that led to construction of a neighboring building, 450 Country Club Rd., shortly after 400’s completion.  Designed to maximize office exposure to daylight, the building is organized around a central core serving each open floor plate. The exterior of the building is a subtle expoloration of warm toned stucco and ceramic tile finishes. 

Project Scope: Three-story, 55,000 sq. ft. office building in Eugene, OR. Completed 1988.
