Description: Catholic Community Services has been serving the greater Lane County area since 1952, providing assistance to those in need. GMA is helping facilitate this mission by providing architectural services in coordination with their expansion in the Whiteaker area of Eugene. This multi-phase project will transform a former car dealership into a new service and distribution facility, as well as help CCS in strategic planning for future renovations and energy efficient facility improvements.  

Project Scope: Renovation of site and 5,500 sq. ft. building in Eugene, OR. Phase 1 completed 2009.
