Description: GMA provided architectural services for this fast-track office renovation in downtown Eugene.  Enterprise’s program for a regional call center with open office areas, conference, and support spaces serving 200 employees came with a request for environmental sensitivity, both in the office and in the larger ecosystem.  Collaboration with regional directors in the mid-west helped create a functional and healthy facility that meets corporate needs and plays an effective role in downtown revitalization.

Project Scope: Two-floor, 40,000 sq. ft. office remodel in Eugene, OR.  Completed 2008.
