Description: The new Siuslaw Bank Building at Crescent Village will be a commercial office and retail building with a ground-floor branch bank for whom the building is named.  With long-term environmentally sensitive priorities guiding the design process, the building promises to be a responsible participant in sustaining a vibrant mixed-use urban village in Northeast Eugene.    

Project Scope: New 18,000 sf. commercial building in Eugene, OR.  In progress.
