Description: This new retail center in Northeast Eugene is intended to offer a unique shopping experience in a blossoming neighborhood. GMA reduced the scale of the complex by articulating a series of pitched roof forms.  The service court for Summer Oaks received a central location, opening up storefronts to maximize the connection between inside and outside while simultaneously making an efficient core to serve each tenant’s needs.

Project Scope: New 8,500 sq. ft. retail complex in Eugene, OR.  Completed 2009.
