Description: Station Square is a mixed-use commercial retail center in the heart of Eugene’s Fifth Avenue Historical District.  The design challenge was to create a connection to modern architecture yet offer evocative allusions and rich detailing to conform with the historic context.  Succinctly, old and familiar yet clean and bright.

Project Scope: New two-story, 22,500 sq. ft. mixed-use development in Eugene, OR. Completed 1991.
