Rehabilitated to become an icon of Downtown Eugene, the Tyndale Advisors building helps to activate the corner of Broadway and Willamette. By turning the façade into a lightbox, the design team created a transparent connection to the downtown street scape. Activity within the buildings first floor is complimented by the activity outside. Within the lightbox the team designed small unique volumes to provide adequate space for each program element. The use of simple construction material refines the story of the company, a business that provides marketing and advertising services to home improvement stores.
