Evergreen

The project involves the adaptive reuse of a historic church and its adjacent parsonage into 17 affordable homes for local veterans. By preserving the architectural character of this landmark building—an anchor of Salem’s Grant neighborhood, the design honors the site’s cultural significance while transforming its interior to support contemporary living. The original structure becomes a vessel for new beginnings, integrating thoughtfully designed residential units within its existing framework.
