Osteria DOP

The alteration for Osteria DOP builds upon the character and authenticity of the existing building while creating a warm, informal dining experience centered around an open and highly visible kitchen. Inspired by the restaurant’s celebration of traditional cooking and craftsmanship, the design emphasizes connection between guests and food preparation, fostering an engaging and welcoming atmosphere. Existing architectural elements are retained wherever possible, preserving the building’s unique identity and sense of place.
